No but seriously, i really really REALLY love to prepare food. All kinds that is, awesome breakfast, superdeluxe brunch, healty tasty lunch, astonishing dinner and most of all, desserts to die for. Most of my friends already know this and that's why i have received the best present ever. I got a Dessert Bible which contains 207 different kinds of deliciousness and I will share this with you!
First recipe I have to share with you is the Meringue Mushroom :

It's a super easy recipe and finished in no time!
Ingredients :
- 4 eggwhites
- 240 gr of white crystal sugar
- some cocoa powder or chai latte powder for the hat of the mushroom
1. You preheat the oven at 80° Celcius
2. You put the eggwhites and the sugar in a bowl and heat this Au Bain Marie
3. Use a whisk to beat this mixture until it's creamy and puffy white and feels a little too hot for your finger.
4. Take the bowl with the mixture out of the heated water and start beating it with an electric mixer until the mixture is completely cooled down
5. Now its time to fill your piping bag and start making little pointy triangle-like shapes (see picture above) on parchment baking paper (don't use aluminium foil) and bake them for 15 minutes in your preheated oven.
6. When these are baking, you can fill your piping bag again and make little circles on your parchment baking paper. Afterwards, cover these with some cocoa powder and bake them for 10 minutes.
7. Be sure to take them out of the oven together, otherwise your triangles will become too sticky
8. When both parts of the mushroom are baked, you need to put them together carefully and bake this for 1 hour.
9. Take them out of the oven and enjoy this heavenly little meringue mushroom!!
